On November 26, 2009 Nate and Ang departed San Diego. After stopping in Washington DC for 3 hours they set off again on SAA toward Johannesburg. 27 hours later they jumped on a local flight for Cape Town and arrived in the windy city at 8pm to be greeted with great excitement by Ang's parents Janette and Marcus!
Ang's parents flew out to Cape Town from Johannesburg where they live and we spent two weeks living and sharing the cutest little house in Constancia. That was the best decision I could have ever made to rent hat, if we had been in a hotel we would never have got to make breakfast, braai or play cards together!. Our itinerary was jam packed with beaches, wine tasting, hiking, shopping, siteseeing you name it! It was an amazing experience for Nate and a welcome trip home for Ang.
What a memory - so special, that will always be remembered very fondly as our first International trip together!
