Besides being Steels big birthday it was also Nate's and my first Christmas together! We were very excited to share such a wonderful milestone. We didn't have any decorations between us so didn't have a tree - but it was a good year to start collecting for Christmas 09-you bet we will have a tree then! It was extremely memorable because I got to be apart of old family traditions. I loved seeing Wyatt and Steel open presents and it was so fun to sit and chat with Gigi and Popop. Even Mr. Scruff and Bede got to enjoy the festivities!
I got to walk the Dell with the "girls" and have dinner with the grandparents, I even got to be in the Annual Davis family Christmas pic! We said we wouldn't do gift for each other because of our trip to South Africa but Nate surprised me with some brand new Uggs! (I've wanted real ones for 8 years!)
What a fabulous first Christmas together!
