I met Jess in October 2007 through My good friend Erick. I had to believe everything he said about her since he'd known her for over 10 years! We met in true "ang-jess" fashion at the Wine Loft in Carlsbad, and hit it off immediately. Both happily single and ready to take life by the horns we talked about cycling, careers, politics, religion...Basically covering every topic under the sun.
Jess, has been there for me through good and bad, she tells me how it is and isn't afraid to disagree and tell me when I'm wrong. I like that. Witnessing Nate's and my relationship from day 1, (in fact it was her I called after our very first date) she has seen our relationship grow from strength to strength. There is nothing I would not do for this girl who has become like a sister. When those I thought were close to me, were nowhere to be found, when I needed them most, "Tibble-n-bits" came like an angel and helped me see my strengths.
Like me, Jess picked up her bags and left the only home she knew to come and make a life for herself in California. With all her family in Maine, she picked friends who have become like family...What do "they" say? Friends are the family you chose {tease}
